Recent CasesLewis v. Lehigh Northwest Cement Limited 2009 BCCA 424Our client appealed certain aspects of a trial decision in which he was awarded 22 months of severance. The Court of Appeal held that the trial judge had erred in 1) failing to award damages for lost pension benefits; and 2) depriving Mr. Lewis of his costs at trial. The result was that our client was awarded additional damages of $43,898 and all of his costs at trial and in the appeal.
