Fred is an active member of both the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch) and the Trial Lawyers’ Association of British Columbia. His other contributions to law include co-authoring a chapter for Professor Bruce Ziff’s forthcoming book on adverse possession. Away from the office, Fred plays rugby with the Kats and enjoys sailing and skiing with his wife Megan. He is also currently learning to fish, with limited success.
